The following is a transcribed letter to
Michael Falkson, President of ETI Sales Support,
from Charlotte K. White, Marketing Director of
CHCP:
Dear Mike:
With the telemarketing test program now
complete for CHCP, I want to thank you and Riki
and the telecommunicators for an outstanding job.
Our main objective of obtaining appointments for
our sales people with qualified leads was
achieved, and we found the effectiveness of your
telecommunicators in obtaining those leads as
good as our own staff. This, of course, was due
primarily to the quality of the script you
developed for us.
The reports you provided enabled us to stay
abreast of what was happening during the test
program and to analyze results afterwards. I am
pleased to report that two of the leads provided
have already offered CHCP, and their premium
income for the past two months more than covered
the cost of the test program.
Because of the quality of your work and your
responsiveness to our unique problems, I am glad
that CHCP has decided to continue working with
you and your fine staff. While I will no longer
be working with you on this project, I know CHCP
will continue to benefit from your expertise.
