Prospect responded to a compelling voice message left by our Business Developer.
Timing was right. This healthcare facility was opening the bidding process for their June review. They do xxx once a year. The value of their xxx is xxx. They currently have a xxx system for reporting and constant xxx positioning for 50% of their xxx. They count the xxx down to the xxx level but in some instances to the xxx. Xxx said this xxx will also encompass their other facility xxx hospital. Time is of the essence. Good luck.

We were speaking about your next *** *** xxx count coming up at the end of June.You had asked me to follow up to set a phone appointment to speak to one of our executives as you were open to changing from xxx xxx Services. As a reminder I am resending the information you asked for and would like to set a time to pick up our conversation.

Had a positive good conversation with Mr xxx the *** Buyer and Inventory Director. The lead is for both the xxx Institution and the xxx Hospital. Both these institutions are called xxx.
Mr LastName informed me that they are currently using xxx and have been for the past ** years. However, they are very open to change this year. Their next *** *** xxx count is scheduled for the last week in June just before fiscal end.
Mr LastName did not know to what level (down to xxx xxx xxx they count.) He did however explain they have a xxx system for reporting and constant *** positioning.
He asked for and I sent materials about our firm because he was running to a mtg, but he agreed to a call back next week with a view towards setting an appt. |
