In an attempt to provide useful dynamic information to our client’s, ETI has innovated a comprehensive suite of utilities for client’s use. This facility is tightly managed and controlled to limit (if necessary) which utilities/reports, designated people client may select, can use. So for example sales personnel can be limited to viewing only feedback reports whilst management can be provided with macro statistical analysis. Furthermore we have developed the capability to make limited and controlled information available to other interested parties such as VARS/ Distributors etc. 

Our WEB based interface utilizes a secure encrypted connection (SSL layer), and all users are authenticated via unique passwords and usernames.

Utility

Description

Activity & Results Statistics Basic project statistics detailing hours worked, dialings and completes - by project total, last year, last month, this month, this week. Drill down capability is provided.
Most recent disposition statistics Same as above but details only the most recent disposition of all records called. Drill down capability is provided.
Detailed Feedback Reports Comprehensive report/s consisting of all known information related to this contact in the database. Includes any survey data as well as any and all open ended notes, lead tracking data etc.
Call guide survey tabulations When the project involves gathering of data, then this report will provide you counts and percentages based on all questions answered.
 On-line Diary. When appointments are scheduled for sales follow up, they will be available in this report. Drill down capability is provided.
Feedback reports by Response Flag (Disposition Flags - Not including NO's and DEAD records). An effective utility to obtain a list of respondents by result code - and then drill down to a detailed feedback report.
Search for a Company (by company name) that has a Completed Disposition Flag. Company name search.
Search for a record by CO# Search for records using ETI’s reference number.
Retrieve records by the most recent disposition. Convenient tool to retrieve only those records that have been flagged with a certain result code (response code).
Most recent disposition selection of INBOUND originated calls As above - for inbound generated calls only.
Call Guide Obtain a report of the most recent call guide being used.
Survey Matrix Report (PDF format only - requires Acrobat Reader) Useful report that looks at each company - by survey question asked - and how they answered. Grouping is by response code.
